Meal package includes (2) gourmet wild food dinners, (2) informational seminars about the wild foods on the menu for that evening, (2) meal tickets good at food vendors for your lunch dining needs, Limited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options alongside dinner.

The spring season in the Midwest marks some of the best times to forage for natural foods as the world around us revives itself after a long winter.  We are blessed to have one of the country’s largest purveyors of wild foraged food products and cultivated exotic mushrooms in St. Paul.  Revival is excited to team up with Forest to Fork to bring a wild foods education and dining experience to Harmony Park this year!

Saturday, May 25 – Dinner Menu

  • Spring Green Salad – Watercress, Miner’s Lettuce, Strawberries, Sourdough Crouton, Chive Flower Vinaigrette
  • Mushroom & Wild Rice Soup – Porcini Broth, Shiitake, Chanterelle, Lobster, Pioppini Nebrodini, Beech, Champignon, Maitake and King Trumpet Mushrooms, Wild Rice, Cream
  • Strip Loin – Rye Gnocchi, Charred Ramp, Black Poplar Mushroom
  • Wild Berry Tart – Wild Berry Mix, Spruce Tip Syrup

Sunday, May 26 – Dinner Menu

  • Fresh Spinach Salad – Spinach, Arugula, Fava Leaves, Cranberry Wild Rice Crouton, Cider-Maple Vinaigrette
  • Minnesota Morel Soup – Morel mushroom, Nettles, Carrot, Calcot, Pickled Ramps and Celery Root
  • Marinated Flank Steak – Roast Morel, Roast Potato, Grilled Wild Asparagus
  • Crepe – Honeyberry, Whipped Mascarpone, Port Reduction
